APPEARANCE

Shali’s build is best described as athletic and lithe. She is considered average in height and weight, not tipping the scales one way or the other. This female has longer legs, a bushy tail, and narrow muzzle. Her ears are rounded and usually are perked on her head, intently listening to the things around her. Shali has soft gray eyes, though they tend to be quite expressive. When there is something particularly interesting, her gaze seems to become more intense. As far as her coat is concerned, it is a dark ebony shade. Shali’s underbelly is a slightly lighter shade, but one has to look closely and be rather observant.

SOUL STONE

Blue – When it comes to markings, Shali’s are a deep maroon/burgundy color. They only accent certain places, but certainly stand out from her ebony coat. Perhaps the simplest one is a thick band of color around Shali’s muzzle. The other one originates from her underbelly and lines each and every single one of her ribs.

 
Light Blue – Basically, this allows Shali to hide and become invisible like pretty much everyone else. It is most rare that she actually uses this ability, and there must be very extenuating circumstances going on. Most of the time, Shali will stand and fight something before invisibility comes into play. However, if an injury occurred perhaps, that might be a viable reason. 

 
Teal – The element that Shali controls is fire. It seems to fit her personality perfectly because of how bold yet contagious it can be. The abilities that she possesses are to create flames as necessary and to make them mobile. This element can be used in an offensive or defensive way. 

PERSONALITY

This female knows what she wants and exactly why she wants it. Shali is very down-to-earth and well grounded. This girl is can be very persuasive in achieving goals and gaining objectives. At times, she may appear too headstrong and judgmental of others, but her heart is in the right place. Shali is a tenacious girl, pushing through obstacles that stand in her way. One could say that she has a “never say die” sort of perspective on things. This has gotten her very far in life, and why fix something that isn’t broken? Shali is outgoing and talkative, never afraid to approach another first. She has a smooth tongue and charismatic way about her that really work to her advantage.

Shali’s personality package also comes with traits that are not so endearing. As aforementioned, she is persuasive; however, her tactics of persuasion are not always the best. This female is cunning and quite manipulative when she truly wants to be. She’ll put on the charm to see things through. Her pearly white smile is something to be watchful of. Shali’s appearance comes with some deceit. She is the kind of wolf that may be bright eyed and bushy tailed to someone’s face. At the same time she’ll be reaching in their pockets to take something from them. What Shali wants, Shali gets. This lady will not back down from a challenge, in fact, Shali will rise to the challenge. Risking life and limb are not things that scare her. She definitely does not want to be lumped into the helpless female stereotype. One of her main goals is to prove the exact opposite. Shali is the epitome of feminine strength, and certainly will prove it. The scars that she’s earned are like trophies to her, never to be forgotten.

HISTORY

From a very young age, Shali and her family were close. The small pack had bonded quickly and was very hard to separate. They had their share of good times when food was abundant and there were sunny skies. But they also had bad times as well when food was in short supply and the weather was tumultuous. One thing that never changed though was how tight knit they were. Especially Shali and her older brother Raxis.

The two would romp and play, exploring the world together and gaining knowledge along the way. Shali’s inquisitiveness allowed her to acquire information quickly, and Raxis was never far behind. The two looked out for each other exactly like siblings are supposed to do. Sibling rivalry weren’t words in their vocabulary. Shali was more of the extroverted one, initiating all the little quests they went on. Raxis was the more introvert, and acted as a protector for his little siser.

Perhaps the thing that had the biggest impact on this female’s life was the day she got separated from her family. It was a strange scenario, one that not everyone can comprehend, but just so.

One evening, the family was sleeping in their den in a peaceful manner. Without warning, Shali stood up and walked out of the den without notice. She seemed to be sleep walking, for her eyes were open, but there was a blank expression on her face. Her movements, normally graceful and almost whimsical, were choppy and mechanical. No one knows if there was something calling out to her in the night, or why she did what she did.

The family could not find Shali, even after an extensive search day after day. Raxis felt the guiltiest, for he was like her guardian and best friend. The chances of Shali ever returning home now though are very slim. Kyon fortunately accepted her as the beta.

Shali's duties are less labor intensive than the alpha's are per se. She mainly is the right hand woman to the pack leaders. Whenever they need her to step up and maintain order, she does it and isn't afraid to either. That is where her determined spirit comes in handy. Things are usually done in an efficient, expedient manner.There are times when she grumbles under breath or rolls her eyes, don't get me wrong. There are some tasks that no one wants to do. Ever. Her stubbornness can rear its ugly head occasionally. However, she is grateful to be where she's at and vows not to let anyone down.
