Hey, I'm Luna! I'm 22 and I've been roleplaying for approximately 10 years and it all began on Neopets. I had my own forum for several years, but it fizzled out. I'm in KY with 3 dogs, 1 cat, and a fish. In summary Dantai is quiet. He prefers to keep to himself because small talk annoys and bores him. Like anyone he does enjoy company from time to time but he's yet to meet a lion that understands his personality and is also content with silence. He internalizes his feelings and doesn't open up, and doing so can sometimes exacerbate his short-tempered nature. He's got a short fuse and while he's pretty good and concealing his feelings toward another for the sake of avoiding conflict, he slips sometimes. He's very concerned with the way others perceive him and thinks himself both attractive and more intelligent than most other lions. Despite all of his faults though Dantai truly has a deep rooted compassion for others of his kind and protects the well being of those in need.
• History •
Dantai was raised in a relatively well off family of merchants. His mother had studied in her earlier years to gain the knowledge necessary to craft potions and his father was a skilled armor maker. After meeting by chance the two married and worked side by side, selling their own crafts in the Agora. Dantai and Kilani were the only cubs born to the pair at the time that the young male decided he no longer wanted to live in the city.
There were a few factors that contributed to his decision to leave. First and foremost the city life wasn't for him. He didn't enjoy being in the mix of all of the hustle and bustle of Naxorus. He'd always preferred solitude over socializing and it seemed that he was always being forced into uncomfortable interactions when he lived in the city. While living with his parents Dantai had also been put on the fast track to life as a merchant, and such complacency simply didn't interest him. He wasn't exactly looking for adventure per say, but he liked having the option to roam and go as he pleased. His compassion for other lions despite his aversion to chatting with them lead him to seek more knowledge about soul stone abilities, particularly those that revolved around light magic and healing. So he set off to the jungle where he could live in peace while exploring his own strengths.
PHYSICAL
• Blue Eyes • Moderately thick mane that is mostly light, barely dark on the ends • Dark cream - light straw pelt • Silvery, pale blue soul stone markings across face, legs and belly • Small wings on the back of his ankles on his front paws (pending)
Cadoc's strongest strengths are his intelligence and his bravery. The lion has few fears in the way of his mortality and will blaze into battle with little concern for his own well-being. He isn't afraid of getting roughed up and it benefits him greatly. He doesn't do so blindly though and uses his wit to work his way through situations. He is obscenely proud however, demanding his subjects to call him by royal titles because he is so great he deserves it. You can tell how highly he thinks of himself by the way he carries himself, tall and confident and exuding a sense of pride. He's insanely greedy however and feels so entitled that he thinks he deserves the world. He wants to conquer all of Naxorus and will stop at nothing to reach his goal. He's painfully sarcastic and makes a habit of making others look like idiots when they cross him. He's harsh and judgemental but in the end is fair in his judgement. He doesn't harm others just for the sake of harming them and doles out punishments only as he sees fit. If you disobey or dishonor him, expect a thrashing. He's not cruel though and doesn't take pleasure in causing pain; just in enacting his own dominance.
• History •
Most of Cadoc's history can be reviewed in the ORIGIN OF NAXORUS. After leaving his family he claimed the dark archeron as his own, setting it up as his palace. He's created himself a nice little throne in the great room of the temple and watches his followers live and train there. He's been busy mastering his own abilities as well as helping other felines discover theirs.
PHYSICAL
• Dark Brown Eyes • Very thick, full mane that is black on the rear 1/4 • Medium golden pelt • Dark purple soul stone markings along his face, the crest of his neck, and legs • Small wings on the back of all four paws • Dark black fog trails from the back of each of his paws, creating a stream of fog whenever he's in motion
