We are an advanced feline and canine rp site that takes place in the lost jungles of Vikos. The life forces of the canines and felines living here are tied to their soul stones. With their soul stone, they are able to grow in power and strength. Without it, they will weaken and die. Many abilities and powers can be acquired from the soul stones. How powerful you get, is up to you though.

FALL - The temperature is starting to fall a bit as it starts to cool off. The sun isn't as hot and the relief from the heat is much needed.

The cheetah felt his hide twitch with every step he took, gaining altitude as he bounded up the stairs leading towards the palace. He wasn't used to climbing, his limbs better suited to running on flat ground but he could manage. Plus, he was sure it wasn't everyday they convened in the palace, perhaps today was an initiation day of sorts.
The vines encircling the stone walls became clearer and clearer until Vino was finally facing the entrance, he let out a light sigh of relief he was done with those annoying stairs. He gave a small nod to the royal guards posted by the entrance, they must of recognized him from his earlier visits (when he was applying for the job) as they simply nodded back at him and didn't stop him like usual.
Nearby he caught wind of voices coming from behind one of the doors, the cheetah hoped it was the meeting place as he would undoubtedly get lost if he had to venture any deeper. Entering the room he spotted several felines wearing the city guard attire and greeted them politely before moving to join them
Vino wasn't sure where to go from here, all he was told was to meet in the palace but not much from there on out. With a unconsciously nervous flick to his tail the cheetah let his eyes darter around the room. Maybe someone would take pity on the newbie and point him in the right direction.
Talia was having a less than wonderful day. Last night her partner had been injured in the line of duty and while he was said to make a full recovery, that still left her partnerless and she wasn't allowed to be partnerless very often due to her small size. She needed some form of muscle with her if she was going to even try to uphold the laws of the city. A groan slipped past her lips as she put both of her front paws on the door to the guards meeting room and shoved it hard to get it to open wide enough so she could step inside. The door closed behind her and she slowly trudged across the room to look at the sheet of paper that was posted stating who was working with who that day.
Her blue eyes scanned the paper that she usually didn't have to check due to having only one cat who would willingly work with her without throwing a fit. She found her name on the list and looked at the name that was next to it. Vino? That was new, must be a new recruit. Perfect, just what she wanted to do after losing her partner for the next few weeks. Train a newbie. It wouldn't take long for her to see how he handled her small size. That obstacle usually got breached pretty quick when she met with other guards.
Her eyes scanned the room but she didn't see anyone that was new and she gave a small hiss towards the group of guards she particularly wasn't fond of. A moment later, the door opened again and a king cheetah stepped inside. She'd never seen him before so she assumed that he must be Vino, the new recruit. Groaning a bit, she pushed herself to her paws and headed towards him as he looked around a little lost. "You must be Vino. I'm Talia Charo. I'll be your partner for a few weeks. Show ya the ropes and all that jazz." She explained, making sure to keep her sarcasm out of her voice as much as possible. She waited for him to speak, waited for those words about her size to come about as they always did.
