Devil's Bayou - A Supernatural Town RP

Devil's Bayou was once a small, reserved town that was founded in California in the 1860s and despite it's name, the people of Devil's Bayou were actually a kind community and always welcomed stranger's with OPEN arms but perhaps that was their biggest mistake because they did it quite literally, offering any outsiders the best hospitality they have to offer. They saw no reason to do otherwise, figuring they could fight for their own well enough were they to bring the wrong person in but boy were they ever wrong.



First, though, let's GO BACK to the 1860's...



It was the Anderson's that had originally founded Devil's Bayou, a beautiful small town with a glorious beach and Daniel, the Father, just knew he had to make something of the town. So, he gathered his family from Nevada, and brought a few friends with him as well. All the men that had followed along his side had helped him to build the town up, making houses, different buildings, not too much but enough to call it home. He never wanted it to be a town that was so crowded because then it couldn't be as great to admire it. Although, it seemed that fate had another plan.



Everything was fine at first. Everyone was happy in their little, small town. That is, until they invited the wrong person inside their town. His name, or at least what he told them it was, was Alex Johnson, a man who seemed like he could use the hospitality and seemed so sweet but you can never be too sure. As it turned Alex was no human but rather he was a man possessed by a demon and when they found out, it was too late though instead of keeping Alex's body, he decided to rather possess the man's Oldest son, Ryan Anderson. They had no idea and when Daniel died, leaving Ryan to take over the town, he did the exact thing Daniel never wanted for the town, for it to be populated but that was only the BEGINNING for he not only attracted humans but many different types of Supernatural creatures as well through a magic spell he forced his Mother, a witch, to cast upon the town.



Present Day:



Still possessing Ryan's body, as it seemed to be his favorite, he has remained in Devil's Bayou, fooling all it's citizens over the centuries, making them think he was a great mayor for the town though there were the few that knew his secrets but were too afraid to say anything. To this day, no one has yet to try to stop him but with more Supernatural rolling in the town, now the Angel's are coming as well. Will they be the one's to stop him or will he have too much power for even the Angels?
